The Union School Board will meet Dec. 3 for a work session to prioritize a list of 18 renovation projects in the Union School District. The renovation work will be funded with money from a $4 million bond voters approved Nov. 5 and a $4 million matching grant the district will receive from the state.
The 18 projects, which the school board identified prior to the Nov. 5 vote, address issues such as security, handicapped accessibility and building renovation. The district will make its decisions with the help of public input received at the Dec. 3 meeting, said Union School District Superintendent Carter Wells. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. in the high school athletic complex.
