The Union RoboCats competed very well again this last weekend! With eight wins, three losses, and one tie, they placed second at the SunDome FRC District Event. They competed again against very large schools, and Union's teamwork and tenacity paid off.
Not all teams have played their two events for the regular season. Other teams have one more weekend and two more district events to acquire points, but it is unlikely we will get bumped out of the top 50 spots. The RoboCats are currently seated 11th in the Pacific Northwest Region out of 127 teams. Between the last two events, we have most likely acquired enough points to advance to regionals called the Pacific Northwest Championships. The championships will be held at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum in two weeks. Thank you everyone for your support!
